Alternative Hair Design Special Permit

Beginning April 1, 2003, a special permit authorizing the performance of Alternative
Hair Care shall be issued to any person who presents evidence to the Board of completion
of the Alternative hair design curriculum and successfully passes the exam administered
by the Board.
